ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator will ensure the execution of all printed marketing campaigns is on time and reflects a positive ROI. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail Purchasing, Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations departments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, organize, and coordinate projects including Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Print collateral, In-Store Marketing, store moves, grand openings, etc. Must be part of many cross-functional teams to fulfill job duties, including working with Creative, Purchasing and others regularly.
- Coordinate our email marketing activities. Proof and ensure the accuracy of the email campaign including correcting promotions, content, header, footer, and source codes. Conduct testing with the intent to optimize email performance. Ensure the accuracy, growth, and hygiene of our email databases.
- Support the Marketing & Merchandising team by updating and syndicating the weekly calendar, keeping the marketing campaigns organized and on course, and communicating with cross-functional departments such as Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative.
- Prepares various marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and testing data.
- Work closely on a store-by-store basis to build relationships with store associates and assist in creating targeted advertising campaigns for stores including direct mail, billboards, email marketing, and more.
- Strategize and analyze the success of promotions and determine new ways to engage with our audience.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- BS/BA Degree – Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Business, Merchandising
- Customer-centric mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve the shopping, buying, and post-purchase experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, solid Excel skills
- Retail Store or Merchandise Buying, or Merchandising Experience
- Organization skills- managing time, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and completing all assigned tasks.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
HYBRID – The Best of Both Worlds
Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You’ll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. While on-site, join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch or enjoy our ongoing wellness activities. Employees are expected to be online and available for their team during core business hours. Company computer provided for business use.
