ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, global organization.   As a key member of our sales team, the Premier Account Manager maintains and expands relationships within a portfolio of assigned premier accounts and is responsible for sales quota objectives. Represents the entire range of company products and solutions to customer base and ensures that client specific and internal expectations are exceeded. Expected to balance time between cultivating relationships with existing customers and growing revenue within accounts through expanded product offerings.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Provide customer solutions for select premier corporate accounts (i.e. annual sales in excess of $1.5M annually per premier account) through a demonstrated understanding of Uniform Advantage product, pricing models and operational structure that grows revenue of overall portfolio.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers to achieve defined short/long-term sales goals.
  • Maintain current understanding of competitor price, product and service offerings so that our value proposition/business differentiators can be highlighted.
  • Partner with the management team to provide creative solutions to achieve quotas and strategic account objectives.
  • Multi-task between account servicing, business development/customer prospecting and customer support, working with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • At least 2 years of prior/relevant B2B sales/account management with similar size customer base and demonstrated track record of achieving sales objectives/growing revenue of assigned customer portfolio. Experience with B2B apparel product sales highly preferable.
  • Strong capabilities working with CRM's, preferably Sales Force, with ability to optimize tool set for efficiency and impact.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Some prior supervisory/team lead experience  in a sales organization preferred.
  • Highly professional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written): highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups.
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent in professional level sales role - Business, Fashion or industry related.
  • Detail oriented, ability to effectively multi-task.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK 
PRIMARILY REMOTE (if currently located in one of the following states: FL, GA, LA, TN, SC, PA, TX, OH, WI)
Have the flexibility to work primarily from the comfort of your home with no commute.  Occasional travel requirements to support on-site customer sales events and/or represent the company at trade shows.   While working remotely, employees are expected to be online and available during the core business hours for their team/assigned customer portfolio.   Company computer set-up provided for business use in remote work location.
